A Traditional Chinese Wedding for Veronica & Lawrence

Veronica and Lawrence have to be the sweetest, nicest couple I have ever worked with! I have seen them on several occasions; she is always so sweet, and he is extremely helpful and considerate, I have definitely noticed. What a perfect match!

Their wedding was filled with Chinese traditions. I always love the door games the groom and groomsmen must play to "win" entrance into the bride's house so that he may have her. The bridesmaids came up with great tasks for Lawrence and his buddies to do: push-ups, dancing and singing, not to mention the intimate moments of passing super thin sweed from groomsman to groomsman without being able to use their hands! What a sight to see! The door games usually end with the groom handing over lots of money to finally gain entrance.

The ceremony took place in a small church in the Presidio, later followed up a grand Chinese banquet. The tea ceremony also took place in the afternoon, where Lawrence and Veronica served tea to their family members and received jewelry and red envelopes in return. This wedding wouldn't be complete without lion dancers to wish the couple joy and happiness. Such a beautiful wedding!
